The CapaciSense 5 Series blade monitoring system used to have ATEX and FM hazardous area approval and old equipment can still be used to that approval. Due to changes in certification, the ATEX approval ended in 2019 and the FM approval ended in 2023 for any new equipment.
CapaciSense SOLO is however still approved for hazardous area applications in both Europe and North America.
